Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing and SEO specialist who understands how performance, strategy, and communication come together. This is a senior, hands-on role with real responsibility and direct client exposure.

• You will not be working with content writers; SEO and performance execution is hands-on

• You must be comfortable using modern AI tools for SEO, research, analysis, and efficiency

• You’re expected to handle projects independently, not wait for instructions

• You’ll take over a portfolio of ~10 clients within your first week

• You must be confident leading client calls, explaining performance, and driving outcomes

• This is not a coordination or support role - ownership is non-negotiable

The Role: Senior Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and SEO

• Background in large agencies or enterprise-level projects (Google, Accenture, or similar) preferred

• Strong hands-on SEO expertise including audits, technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and proven results

• Confident running paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn (TikTok is a bonus)

• Comfortable communicating with overseas clients in NZ and the UK

• Able to lead client-facing video calls with clarity and confidence

• Capable of presenting dashboards, explaining insights, and running monthly reviews

• Results-driven, self-managed, and comfortable working with minimal supervision

• Collaborative mindset within a flexible remote and office-based team
